I view therapy as a productive and intentional process between the client and therapist. Together, we’ll explore your concerns, fears, and roadblocks and design a strategy to help you overcome these concerns and reach your goals.

What is Teletherapy?

Teletherapy is a different method of connection that allows us to have our therapy sessions remotely. Teletherapy involves a confidential and secure video conferencing tool. This can be a convenient way for us to have sessions when you feel you have a busy life or schedule, or, for example, when traveling to/from my office is difficult.

By offering teletherapy sessions, I can provide access to therapy when it is needed most. This type of support can help to alleviate the additional stress or stigma associated with seeking professional help.
