We have a biological need to be in relationship with others.

Science has come a long way in understanding relationships.  It can explain why we need them, and why they’re challenging.  Additionally, research has identified several ways we bond with another.  These are called attachment styles.  An attachment style is a way of behaving in our intimate relationships.  Therefore, it can help you understand why you do what you do in your relationships.  Check out this video for an introduction on this topic.
